The hotel facilities include 2 main swimming pools with a large sun terrace with sun beds, umbrellas and a pool bar. The complex provides a buffet restaurant, snack bar and themed evenings including Cypriot, Italian, Greek and barbecues. There is also a 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, laundry/dry cleaning facilities, TV area, internet facilities and safe deposit box hire. There is a varied entertainment programme with live bands, cabarets, bingo and shows.

For the younger guests there are 2 children's pools, play ground and mini disco. Sports activities include tennis, water polo, aerobics, aqua aerobics, darts, volleyball and water sports which are available from the beach (with a local charge).

The complex provides 112 guest rooms with studios and apartments available. Each guest room is provided with a private bathroom, fridge, 2 cooking rings, kettle (for self catering guests), satellite TV, telephone, radio and air conditioning (only in the bedrooms in the apartments). Guest rooms are also provided with a balcony or terrace.

The apartments are situated approx 300 metres from the sand and shingle beach of Marlita and approx 2.2 km from the main resort centre of Protaras where a variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found. For guests who wish to explore further afield the local bus stop is approx 900 metres away.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 68km from the resort of Protaras.
