Palm Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a separate section for children and an outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by sun loungers. Further leisure facilities include a fitness gym, a steam bath, a hammam, with massage services available and, table tennis tables.

The hotel restaurant overlooks the pool and offers buffet breakfast and evening meals with A la Carte lunches. There is also a bar, a lobby lounge and a pool-side snack bar.
