Facilities include reception, lobby lounge with TV, safety deposit boxes (local charge), room service, self-service launderette, Anemos Restaurant (not managed by Pallini), cafeteria/bar, breakfast/dinner at the Capo Bay Hotel, sauna, pool table, video games, freshwater outdoor pool, children's paddling pool and babysitting service (on request for additional charge).

All residents at the Pallini are also welcome to use (at a charge) all the facilities of the Capo Bay, situated next door.

The hotel offers 40 apartments with twin-bedded room, lounge/open-plan kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, safety deposit boxes (local charge), telephone, TV, radio and balcony with side sea view or sea view.

The complex is located a short distance from the famous Fig Tree Bay with loungers, parasols and watersports to hire. The resort centre is nearby with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 41 km from the resort of Protaras.
