Onsite facilities include a reception area, breakfast room, courtyard with seating area, rooftop terrace, bar and roman style plunge pool.

All 20 studios are uniquely designed and come furnished with double or twin beds, air conditioning, TV, telephone, kitchenette, shower room and balcony/terrace.

One bedroom maisonettes are as the studios except they are on a split level and have one double bed and two singles or sofa beds.

Set in the narrow streets of the old town and just a few metres from the Venetian port. The nearest sandy beach is just 300 metres away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
