The Presidential Suites & Executive Suites also have a private swimming pool, espresso machines, fully equipped kitchen, living area, 2 separate bedrooms and a private terrace. All are located in the one storey buildings.

The complex is located on the North West coast of Kos near Marmari. The resort centre is approx 1 km away and Tingaki is 5km with its variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The sandy beach is just 50 metres away with loungers and parasols to relax on.

Kos International Airport is approx 15 km from the complex.
