There is a total of 267 rooms spread over 13 floors, all of which feature private bathroom, safe (local charge), telephone, Sat TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the resort, close to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a mere 300m away from the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive Plus information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive Plus programme consists of buffet breakfast in the restaurant until 11am, lunch and dinner. Sweet snacks and sandwiches are available at the bar from 11am to 5pm.

National alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from the bar until 11pm. Free beer, sangria and cold drinks are available from 11am to 5pm at the famous beer place "Bierkonig" and from 8.30pm to 11pm at the Disco "Oberbayern" ( the disco is closed in winter).

Guests are also entitled to free entry to the mini golf course from 10am to 7pm each day (10am to 6pm in winter).

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
