The Orotava Palace Hotel offers a pool (heated), children's pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, games room, 24 hour reception, luggage storage facilities, 5 conference rooms, 24 hour medical service and foreign currency exchange facilities. There is an evening entertainment programme.

The hotel offers a buffet restaurant, bar hall, pool bar, further restaurant, café and bar with terrace and lounge.

Satellite/TV

The hotel is set across 12 floors and comprises of 236 guestrooms (213 doubles, 9 suites and 4 adapted rooms for disabled guests). All guestrooms benefit from private bathroom, interactive TV, mini bar, air conditioning, safety deposit box, hair dryer, direct dial telephone and balcony or terrace. The suites are situated on the top floor and offer a bedroom, bath with hydro massage and a private terrace and whirlpool. Connecting rooms are available, as are king size beds. No smoking rooms are available on three floors.

Baby cots are available on request and count as one person in the room and are not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
