Orange Tree Villas

The facilities within the community include a lake for fishing with a beautiful conservation area. Sports facilities include tennis courts, basketball courts, football field and a play area for the younger guests.

Each villa is provided with king-size or queen-size beds in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with the other bedrooms having either twin or double beds. The kitchens are fully equipped with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. Each villa is also provided with satellite TV, radio and telephone. There is also a screened private swimming pool with a sun terrace with at least 2 sun loungers.

The villas are situated on highway 27 close to many restaurants, bar, shops and entertainment venues. Walt Disney World is approx 20 minutes away and Sea World Orlando is approx 30 minutes away. Orlando International airport is 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
