Olu Deniz Resort Hotel is set in front of the beach in well maintained gardens of fruit trees and flowers and offers a programme of daytime activities, evening shows and discos and, a mini club for children aged 4-12.

The hotel has a large swimming pool with a children's pool as well as an adults only pool and furnished sun terraces. Further leisure facilities include a Turkish Bath with a sauna and massage services, a fitness gym, tennis courts, a children's play room, a TV lounge and library, pool, table tennis, darts and board games.

The attractive restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining, buffet meals at all services as well as afternoon tea and snacks. There is also a lounge bar and a pool-side snack bar.

The hotel has a hair salon and a mini market and services include laundry, doctor, baby sitting and a free shuttle service to the hotel's private beach.

Breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (19:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Soft drinks, brandy, raki, wine, gin, beer and vodka (all local) are offered. A variety of snacks such as chips; burgers, toast, fruit, ice cream, etc are available throughout the day, except during main meals. Tea & coffee time is between 16:30 & 17:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, water, are served at the main bar from 10:00-24:00
