The hotel has many facilities including 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and lifts in addition to a cafe, a bar, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. Moreover, there is a breakfast room to make use of, a conference room and, on payment of an additional fee, Internet access. The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The AI programme consists of American buffet breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the grill restaurant by the pool for traditional Sicilian breakfast (10:30-12:00) & lunch, as well as the A la Carte gourmet restaurant (upon reservation). Tea & coffee time with biscuits & cakes is daily from 16:00-17:00. Customers can have ice cream at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, liquors, soft drinks and mineral water are served at the piano bar (20:30-23:30), the pool bar (10:00-18:00), the main bar (18:00-24:00) and the grill bar (20:30-24:00).
