Facilities at the hotel include outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, waterslide pool, fitness centre, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, tennis court, table tennis, bowling, table-football, billiards, beach volleyball, darts and animation programme with daily activities. Younger guests can enjoy the Wonderland Kids World with baby corner.

Dining options include the main buffet restaurant, two a'la carte restaurants, beach snack bar & restaurant, Cafe Bistro, Cafe Ambiance, lobby bar, pool bar, Melody bar and La Luna dance bar.

Services at the hotel include an internet corner, wireless internet (lobby), laundry service, meeting room, spa centre, doctor and nurse, hairdresser and shops. For those travelling with baby the hotel provides (for a local charge) baby bathtub, towel, bath thermometer, potty and bottle warmer. Steam steriliser is available in the kids wonderland at set times.

A total of 328 rooms, consisting of Standard rooms, Family rooms, Superior rooms and Suites. All rooms are provided with air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, private bathroom, hairdryer, minibar (filled daily with 0.5litre bottle water per person), safe deposit box (local charge) and either a balcony or terrace. Superior rooms are larger and have additional tea & coffee making facilities, as do Suites which have additional living rooms.

Suites, Standard and Superior rooms can accommodate up to 3 people, Family rooms up to 4 people and have two bedrooms with connecting door.

Located approx 5km from the centre of Side and directly on the sandy beach.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are provided at selected times throughout the day.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft beverages are served with meals and at various outlets according to individual opening times.

Additional charges apply for in-room safe deposit box, internet corner, wireless internet access, laundry service, baby-package, spa centre massages and treatments, doctor and nurse, games salon such as billiards, bowling and table-football, hairdresser, shop purchases, tennis equipment and lighting as well as watersports on the beach.
