The facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and childrens pool, sun terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, billiards, reception and snack bar.

Old Windmill Studios have 21 studios in two buildings. Each studio can accommodate 2-3 people and are equipped with private shower-room, kitchenette (with the necessary cookware) and a balcony or terrace. Safety deposit boxes and air conditioning are available (payable locally).
