The hotel is 15 minutes from the beach, 4 km from the town of San Carlos and approximately 35 km from the airport.

Facilities include 24-hour reception, safe deposit boxes, currency exchange desk, a games room, TV room, nightclub, a public Internet terminal, a cafe, a bar, a restaurant, kid's club, children's playground, tennis court, swimming pool and children's pool. Comprising of 3 buildings with 40 apartments and 30 studios, each provided with air conditioning, heating, bathroom, terrace/balcony, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and fridge. Additionally studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchenette.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals self service of water, soft drinks, beer and wine (red & white) are offered; during breakfast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices, etc. Snacks such as salads, sandwiches, chips, fruit, pastries etc are available near the pool bar between 10:00 & 22:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, gin, vodka, cocktails, soft drinks, juices, hot drinks, water and beer are served at the pool bar between 10:30 & 23:00 as well as at the restaurant.
