The Occidental Caribbean Village Hotel offers a pool, volleyball, beach football, table tennis, darts, billiards, gym, 6 tennis courts), basketball, waterpolo, giant chess board, archery and non motorised water sports (kayaks, snorkelling, aqua aerobics, boogie boards, sailing, windsurfing). Scuba classes are available in the pool and there is a towel service with beach and pool chairs available free of charge. There is entertainment in the evenings organised by locals and hotel staff (in several languages). The hotel offers transportation to the beach from 8.30 am to 6 pm. For children, there is a kids club and mini disco available.

The hotel consists of 336 guestrooms and 45 villas. The rooms offer a full private bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme offers three restaurants. There is the main buffet restaurant (serving breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch and dinner), the Italian a la carte restaurant Firenze (serving dinner, reservation required) and the Brazilian Restaurant Mirandas (serving dinner). The hotel offers a variety of local snacks throughout the day at the Snack Bar. There are 7 hotel bars serving different national alcoholic drinks including local beer and wine, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, and drinks. The bars open at various times from 10 am to 2 am. Afternoon tea is served from 4 pm to 5 pm.
