There are several swimming pools, these include a freshwater kids splash pool, kids saltwater pool, fun saltwater pool, adult freshwater pool, 25m semi-Olympic saltwater pool and a 50m Olympic saltwater pool.

As well as the pool areas, free services available at the hotel include a gym, open-air jacuzzi, variety of aerobics, spinning, tennis court, paddle court, 5-a-side football and basketball court, beach volleyball, French bowls, cycling and running routes. Some activities will incur local charges.

Children's free activities include a playground, aerobics, dance classes, aqua-gym, swimming lessons (1st class free), tennis school (1st class free), football competitions, hockey, mini-disco and mini club for ages 4-12yrs.

For a local charge the following facilities are offered, a sauna, spinning, Pilates, massage service, mountain bike excursions, bowling alley, bicycle rental, 50m six lane Olympic pool and a full size football pitch (artificial grass). There are also Tai Chi Chuan and Yoga classes, swimming lessons, surf school, kite-surfing school, windsurf school, canoeing school and a PADI diving school a ta charge.

Wining and dining choices include two buffet restaurants, pizza bar, pool snack bar and a bar with pool tables and large screen TV.

Guest services include 24hr reception, internet corner (local charge), Wifi access (from the 1st May 2013 there is a local charge for this service) in reception area, laundromat (local charge), luggage room and shower room for late departures, car rental, mini-market and meeting facilities.

Consisting of one-bedroom apartments for up to 3 people and two-bedroom apartments for up to 5 people. Rooms adapted for disabled guests are also available.

All apartments are well furnished and feature a bathroom with hairdryer, balcony or terrace, lounge area with sofabed and kitchenette which includes 2 cooking rings fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. For a local charge Wifi, telephone, safe deposit box and TV are available.

Apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, with towels changed twice a week and bed-linen once a week.
