The accommodation consists of 2 or 3 bedroom condominiums which feature fully equipped kitchens with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is also a spacious living room and dining area. Further facilities include satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet access, air conditioning and heating. There is also a garage for one car.

Situated on highway 192 the resort within walking distance to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Walt Disney World is just 2.5km away and 15km from Sea World. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, continue along US.192, going over the bridge of Interstate I.4, and then passing the entrance into the Walt Disney World complex which will be on your right. From Disney you will drive for 4.8 km to Silk Road, which is located after the traffic light junction with Formosa Gardens Boulevard. After passing through the light at Formosa Gardens Blvd you will see a "MILE MARKER 4" sign on your right. Move over into the middle left hand lane when you see this sign as you will be turning left at the next gap in the center of the road onto Silk Road. You will pass a TGI Fridays, turn left after this and the Welcome Center is on the left.
