There are a total of 20 apartments, consisting of one-bedroom apartments for 2-4 people and two-bedroom apartments for 2-5 people (also with two bathrooms).

All apartments are equipped with complete bathroom, balcony or terrace, lounge with sofa-bed and satellite TV, safe, direct dial telephone, heating and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a washing machine.

The apartments are situated just 300m from the centre of Albir, 300m from the beach and only 50m from the nearest bus stop with services into Altea, Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi.

The centre of Benidorm is around 5km away, the theme park Terra Mitica about 7km, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Benidorm Palace are 3km away.

Alicante International Airport is approx 70km away.
