Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange facility, dining room and TV room. There is also a lovely garden with many old trees, a cosy garden bar and a small library available.

There are two triple rooms, four twin rooms and three double bedded rooms. Each room provides private bathroom with hot shower and WC, safety deposit boxes (local charge), air conditioning (local charge) and satellite TV.

The pension is only 200 metres away from the beach, the nearest supermarket is only 50 metres away and only 100 metres to the bazaar of Side.
