Cancun Airport is a 20-minute drive to the pier followed by a 20-minute boat ride to Isla Mujeres ferry dock. Na Balam is located just 5 minutes walk away from the main town where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars.

Facilities include a reception, hotel safe, currency exchange, TV room, swimming pool, snack bar open 11am-6pm, restaurant open 6pm-11pm, souvenir shop and on the beach towels, palapas, and lounge chairs are provided. Additionally medical assistance, laundry and babysitting services are available, as well as Yoga classes courtesy of the hotel on selected days.

In order not to disturb the tranquility, communications technology and Internet are available close to the lobby for those who want to continue to be connected to the outside world.

A total of 28 rooms and 3 suites, each provided with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a private terrace or balcony and in-room safety deposit boxes. The suites come with additional private patio and a small pool with hydro-massage with a stunning view of the inlet.
