Facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sun-terrace and loungers. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus service between the hotel and the centre of Funchal.

Guests may also use the facilities at the Jardins d'Ajuda Suite Hotel which is just 100m away. This includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi, poolside coffee shop, restaurant and a cocktail bar with live music and billiards.
