The apartments are 700m from the beach, 500 metres from the resort centre and 15 km from the airport.

Facilities include 24-hour reception, currency exchange, Internet access, parking, TV room with video and music, a small supermarket, car rental, swimming pool, children's pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 tennis courts, aerobics, table tennis, five a side football and volley ball as well as evening entertainment. Also available are the restaurant, poolside bar, lounge bar and an open air barbecue.

The hotel offers 114 apartments and studios, provided with private bathroom, air conditioning or ceiling fan, pay to view satellite TV, kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings and a fridge, safety deposit box (local charge), telephone and balcony/terrace.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 8:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-15:00 and dinner 18:30-21:30, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals wine (red & white), beer, water and soft drinks are offered (all local). Theme nights take place once in a fortnight. Snacks such as pasta, fruit and ice cream in cups are available between 10:30 & 17:30 at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, beer, water, soft drinks, coffee and infusions are served from 10:30-24:00 in the restaurant.

Leisure facilities include daytime entertainment for adults from 11:00-17:00 with gym, aqua-gym, water-polo, archery, gun & riffle shooting, darts, indoor football & volleyball, table tennis, billiards (activity of 45 minutes with the animation team) and petanca as well as kid's activities. Evening entertainment takes place from 20:30-24:00 with mini disco (at 21:00), bingo, professional shows & cabarets and competitions/contests.
