The hotel is located 6 km from Kardamena, 30 km from Kos and 14 km from Kos airport.

The Summer Palace offers guests a pool with water slides, a pool with sun terrace, 6 shared pools (for the suites), indoor pool, jacuzzi, 2 floodlit tennis courts, water sport centre (water skiing, banana boats, pedaloes, wind surfing, catamaran, canoes, parachute and rings at the beach), scuba diving, volleyball, water polo, darts, aerobics, sauna and games corner.

There is a day and evening entertainment programme that offers Greek theme nights with live music and disco. The hotel offers a reception, mini market, souvenir shop, jewellery shop, beauty salon, laundry and dry cleaning service and rent a car facilities.

For children there is a mini club (4 to 12 year olds), junior club (12 to 16 year olds) and a children's disco.

There is a main Restaurant specialising in Greek and international cuisine and there is an Italian Restaurant with show cooking. The hotel has a main bar, beach bar (with snacks), café and 2 pool bars.

Please note that some facilities are shared with the Norida Beach (located below the Summer Palace).

All of the guest rooms feature a private bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, fridge, safety deposit box (local charge), air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

The hotel offers an Ultra All Inclusive programme that consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks and sandwiches are served throughout the day and at midnight. The hotel offers a free 24 hour room service (surcharge for waiter delivery may apply).

Ice cream is available from 10 am to midnight and afternoon tea is served from 5 pm to 6 pm. The hotel offers picnics for excursions (inform reception by 20:00 previous evening).
