The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, concierge service, currency exchange, luggage room, room service, business services, conference room and parking. There is also laundry facilities, baby sitting service, medical assistance, TV corner, car rental and Internet access. The hotel also has a mini market, gift and jewellery shops.

Sports and leisure facilities include a main swimming pool, lagoon pools with waterfalls, sun terraces with loungers, tennis court, mini football court, water polo, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, aerobics water sports and games room. For the younger guests the hotel provides children's pool with water slides, play ground, play room and full animation programme. Regular entertainment with shows and music are also offered. The hotel's spa centre offers a wide range of health, beauty and relaxation treatments.

There are 7 restuarants on site including a main buffet restaurant, Mexican and Italian restaurants with hight chairs available for the younger guests. A Champagne bar, day bar, night bar and 2 pool bars are also provided on site for guests.

The complex offers 180 bungalows of which 34 are surrounded by the lake, 80 guest rooms in the main building, 2 presidential suites with private pool and 80 family bungalows. Standard facilities include air conditioning, bathroom with tub and shower, telephone, mini bar, LCD TV with satellite channels, safe deposit box hire, Internet access and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel is situated on the beach front in the quiet resort of Anissaras and is approx 3 km from Hersonissos and approx 24 km from Heraklion Town. The resort is situated approx 22km from the airport.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive package consists of early breakfast 06:00-07:15, breakfast 07:15-10:00, late breakfast 10:00-10:30, lunch 12:30-15:00 and dinner 19:00-21:30. Late arrivals dinner is available between 22:30 and 00:30.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are offered at various bars throughout the complex according to individual opening times.
