Hotel facilities include two outdoor seawater swimming pools, children's pool, children's play area, TV room, games room, tennis court, indoor pool, fitness room and a sauna (local charge).

Dining options available for guests include 4 restaurants, of which one is Italian and another Chinese, there is also a cafe snack bar situated by the pool as well as a hotel bar, another pool bar and room service (7am-10pm).

Guest services available include 24hr reception, currency exchange, room service (limited hours), car rental, baby sitting (on request), meeting rooms, business services, wireless internet, internet corner, laundry service, shopping arcade and guest parking.
