The hotel is 6 km from Kardamena, 30 km from Kos Town and 14 km from the airport.

The facilities at Family Village Hotel include 2 outdoor pools, sun terrace, 2 floodlit tennis courts, watersports centre (water skiing, banana boat, pedaloes, windsurfing, catamaran, canoes, scuba diving), beach volleyball and table tennis.

There is a day and evening entertainment programme that includes Greek theme nights with live music and a disco.

There is a separate children's pool, mini club, playground, children's animation programme and babysitting (on request). There are also 2 giant water slides with a new pool at the sister hotel (Norida Beach). The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, and poolside bar/snackbar. There is a television corner, souvenir shop and laundry and dry cleaning facilities.

The guest rooms all feature air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, music, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. With meals, local wine, draught beer, juice and soft drinks are served.

The hotel offers a variety of hot and cold snacks and sandwiches (10 am to 9.30 pm) and ice creams (10 am to 6 pm) in the main restaurant. The All Inclusive drinks programme includes local wines, draught beer, locally produced spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee from 10 am to midnight.
