The facilities available to guests staying at Mistral Hotel include 24 hour reception, TV area, internet corner with laptop hire and Wi-Fi, business centre, car rental, parking facilities, games room, gym room, sauna, mini spa and massage (all available with a charge). There is a mini market, 2 fresh water swimming pools with terrace, sun loungers and parasols, main restaurant and a main bar.

Mistral Hotel is set in a romantic location overlooking the Golf of Mirabello. The beach is located approx 300 metres from the complex. On the beach there are sun loungers, parasols and a variety of watersports. Istron village centre is 500 metres away. In the village centre there are tavernas and bars to try along with ships to explore. Aghios Nikolaos is 10 km away and Heraklion Airport is 75 km away.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability, The All Inclusive programme include buffet breakfast from 07.30-09.30, buffet lunch from 13.00-14.30, buffet dinner from 18.30-20.00, various drinks are offered during meals, snacks are available from 11.00-12.30 and 15.00-16.00 from the pool bar, coffee, cakes, cookies and ice creams from 16.00-17.00. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served from 11.00-22.45.

Chargeable extras include drinks after 22.45, brand alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, bottled drinks, pool table, safety deposit boxes and watersports on the beach. All Inclusive guests can purchase branded drinks at a 50% discount during All Inclusive hours.
