Mio Bianco Resort Hotel has a swimming pool with a central sunbathing pontoon-style patio as well as surrounding sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a children's pool.

The Beach Club, located on the beach, has a decked pontoon furnished with various social sofas, beanbags, sunloungers, parasols and balinese beds. There is also a bar and access to water activities.

The SPA has a sauna, steam room and a Turkish bath as well as several massage and therapy rooms and a fitness centre.

The hotel has two restaurants; one is bright and modern, offering buffet meals at all services and the second, is the elegant A la Carte restaurant overlooking the bay, which offers various cuisines including fish specialities three nights per week.

Activities include basketball, table tennis, billiards, darts and a children's playground. The hotel also runs a mini club for children aged 4-12. Other facilities include a mini-market, a hair salon and car park.
