Guests are welcomed in a lobby where there is a 24-hour reception and check-out service, safety deposit boxes, currency exchange service, conference facilities, internet access (local charge) and lift access. In addition there is a room and laundry service (fees apply), babysitting service (on request, payable locally) and parking.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a poolside snack bar.
