Located on a quiet area, 700 meters from Kardamena's shopping center and 1 km from the village with its tavernas & bars, the resort enjoys a sea front location, separated only by a small road to the sandy-pebble beach (only 50 meters from the resort).

Some of the hotel's facilities are pools, separate children section, beach with sand & pebbles at 50m from the resort (separated by small road), gym, video games (on charge), billiards (on charge).

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30, with theme nights twice weekly; Greek, Italian, etc), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served at the main restaurant; lunch at the pool restaurant. During meals draught beer, local wine, soft drinks, juices and water are offered. Children's menu takes place in a special section area at the pool restaurant at 17:45. Snacks such as sandwiches, salads and cheese & sausage pies are available from 10:00-12:00 & 14:30-18:00 at the pool restaurant, as well as cold sandwiches between 22:00 & 23:00 at the main bar. Ice cream is on offer from 14:00-18:00. Tea & coffee time (filter & cappuccino, chocolate) with cookies & cakes is from 16:0017:00 at the pool restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, draught beer, spirits, long drinks, wine, liqueurs, juices, ouzo and mineral water are served at the pool bar (10:00-23:00) and the main bar (18:30-02:00).
