The hotel has a reception desk offering a range of services, a restaurant, and a mini-market selling books, newspapers, magazines and postcards.

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools one of which is suitable for children, pool bar, sun loungers, parasols, and children's playground. There is also a covered outdoor area with pool table, football table, backgammon, dominoes, chess and playing cards.

2 of the ground-floor apartments are suitable for disabled guests, and ramps are all around the complex.

All of the rooms have a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, safe, telephone, radio, cots available on request, private balcony or terrace with sea or mountain views.

The hotel is approx 300m from the beach, and approx 1km from the village of Sissi where there are shops, bars, restaurants, and taxi services.

Heraklion Airport is approx 44km from the resort, whilst Chania Airport is approx 193km away from the resort.
