Mercedes Hotel has a swimming pool and a children's pool set in the sun terrace and furnished with loungers as well as a further heated swimming pool and sun terrace on the 6th floor. Further leisure facilities include a fitness gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi, massage services, a games room with table tennis and pool tables and a TV lounge.

There are 2 restaurants, both of which offer buffet style meals and theme nights and the Taverna Mercedes bar which has live music, bingo and shows during the week and discos at the weekends.

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.
