Guests are offered a beautiful lobby with 24 hour reception desk and currency exchange service, concierge service and lift. In addition, there is a small shopping arcade with hairdressing salon, conference facilities, car rental and a casino.

Guests can dine at the air conditioned fine dining, a la carte restaurant, at the 24 hour restaurant or at the Indian restaurant. There is also a lounge bar with views over the pyramids, a main bar or in the nightclub.

Built in 1869, this hotel is spread over 4 floors and comprises a total of 498 rooms, of which 24 are suites.

All air conditioned rooms and suites feature a private bathroom, satellite TV and direct dial telephone with voicemail. Additionally there is tea/coffee making facility, hair dryer, electronic safe and broadband internet access (fees apply).

Suites are positioned in the Old Palace section with its arches and traditional detailing. Suites also offer a private butler service and 24 hour in room dining.
