The facilities available to guests include a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange facility and a lift. In addition, there is a souvenir shop, car hire service counter, jeweller's shop, hairdresser's salon conference room, TV room and a lounge.

Three bars await guests including a lobby bar and a sports bar in which 24 TVs informing guests of sporting events taking place throughout the world. Three air-conditioned A la Carte restaurants invite guests to sample some top cuisine, with Argentinean specialities offered in one, Japanese delicacies available including sushi available in another and Thai food in the third. Guests may enjoy views out over their sea when tucking into a heart lunch in the club restaurant.
