The facilities available for guests staying at Marmari Beach Hotel and Bungalows include 24 hour reception, lobby area, internet corner, satellite TV room, laundry service and a mini market. There are numerous freshwater swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, pool snack bar, beach bar and a main bar in the lobby. There is also a fitness room and sauna, mini golf, floodlit tennis courts and a games room with (table tennis, snooker etc). For children there is 3 fresh water swimming pools, a playground and a mini club for ages 4-11yrs. The restaurants include a main restaurant serving buffet style food and a gourmet restaurant.

Modern and comfortable furnished double rooms in the main building with balcony, bathroom / WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, minibar, telephone, satellite - TV, safe, internet access and view to the sea or on land.

In the outbuildings are the modern and comfortable bungalows with balcony or terrace, bathroom / WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, minibar, telephone, satellite - TV, safe, internet access and ocean views (some pool and garden view).

The junior suites (same facilities as the bungalows) have superior with balcony or terrace and sea view and also have a seating area and DVD player.

Marmari Beach Hotel and Bungalows is located near the shallow sandy beach which has sunbeds and parasols available to hire. Kos Town is 15 minutes drive from the complex, around 17km, here you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

The airport is approx 15 km away.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of an American breakfast served from 07.30-10.00, buffet style lunch from 12.30-14.00 and buffet style dinner from 18.30-21.00 in the main restaurant. During breakfast filter coffee, various teas, milk chocolate and juices are offered. During lunch and dinner house wine, draught beer and soft drinks are offered. Coffee break with cakes for adults and ice cream for children is from 16.00-17.00 at pool bar 1. Pool bar 1 serves draught beer from 10.00-23.00, pool bar 2 serves house wine by the glass from 10.00-18.00, pool bar 3 serves filter coffee and tea from 10.00-18.00, the beach bar serves brandy and ouzo from 10.00-18.00 and the main bar serves local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 18.00-23.00.

All consumptions after 23:00, internet and mini market are available at a charge.
