The many facilities on offer at the hotel include 2 bars, 2 restaurants, cafe, bakery, shops, access to beach, 3 swimming pools including children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, spa with a wide range of treatments and facilities, entertainment, reception, internet corner and laundry facilities.

The hotel also runs a shuttle bus to and from the beach. The restaurant is only accessible via steps so may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

The all inclusive package consists of Breakfast (07.00-10.00), Lunch (13.00-15.00) and Dinner (19.00-22.00) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Beverages are available at meal times only in the Main Restaurant (07:00-22:00), at the swimming pool (10:00-19:00), Aurora Bakery & Cafe (10:00-24:00), lounge bar (18:00-23:00) and at Babaloo pub (20:00-23:00). Drinks are served by the glass and include soft drinks (small mineral water from dispenser, cola, sprite, fanta, soda and tonic), hot drinks (tea, nescafe and expresso) and Egyptian alcoholic drinks excluding wine. All drinks are served by the glass.
