Guests have shared access to all the facilities at Panorama Fort Beach, Imperial Fort Club and Crown Fort Club complexes (adjacent to Marina View Fort Beach). This private resort has 15 swimming pools - one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, one with an artificial waterfall and a 25 m. swimming pool, as well as two pools for children with water attractions. The resort offers three restaurants, a cafeteria, a shopping centre, three children's playgrounds, beauty and medical centres, a fitness club, a sauna, a tennis court/football field, mini golf, billiards, shops, a private beach, and a guarded parking lot. Access to the complex is limited to guests and their friends.

All apartments come with air conditioning, kitchen with microwave and oven, cable TV and DVD player, balcony/terrace, hairdryer and safety deposit box (local charge).

The resort of Sunny Beach is just a 5 minute drive away. The apartments are situated 35 km north of Bourgas and are around a 30 minute drive from Bourgas airport or a 2 hour drive from Varna airport.
