The facilities available for guests staying at Marhaba Hotel include reception area, money exchange, laundry service (payable locally) and a lounge bar. There is an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, water polo, pool side bar, tennis courts, fitness centre and a sauna. On the beach there is watersports, beach volleyball and a beach bar. There is also a buffet restaurants, snack bar, piano bar, happy hour bar, cocktail bar, a cafe and a nightclub with different evening entertainment. For children there are play areas and a mini club.

Marhaba Hotel is located in a luxury park on a fine sandy beach. The resort centre of Sousse is just 2 km away from the complex. In the centre there is a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The airport transfer time is 35 minutes.
