Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, one with waterslide, two children's pools, playground, mini-club for ages 4-16 and a games room with darts, billiards and table games. Further leisure activities include fitness room, sauna, Turkish bath, aerobics, water aerobics, table tennis, boccia, two tennis courts and animation programme for adults and children. There is also a dolphin park with four dolphins (charges apply).

Dining options available are the main buffet restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, Pizzeria snack & a'la carte Italian restaurant, seafood a'la carte restaurant, patisserie and a Turkish barbecue a'la carte restaurant. The complex has 8 bars (subject to weather) which includes a pool bar, beach bar, wine house, disco bar and lobby bar.

Set in 110 acres of pine trees and adjacent to the beach, Marmaris town centre with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants is approx 5km away and Icmeler is 3km.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. dinner may also be taken at the Pizzeria a la carte restaurant prior to reservation. Snacks are available between 12:30-16:00 at the snack Pizzeria and beach snack bar, ice-cream for kids 14:30-15:00 and midnight snack 00:00-00:30.

Locally & some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the pool bar from 10:00-20:00, the lobby bar is 24hrs (24:00-10:00 non alcoholic drinks), the beach bar from 10:00-20:00, the disco bar from 23:00-00:30 and the Patisserie is 24hrs for soft and hot drinks only. In-room mini bars are filled with water upon arrival only.

Additional charges apply for a'la carte restaurants, room service, Sultan Bar, Meyhane Bar and Wine House, doctor, watersports, tennis lessons and equipment, dolphin park, massage and treatments.
