The complex is situated in the centre of Agios Nikolaos, just next to a shingle beach and overlooking the Mirabello Bay. There is a good variety of shops and nightlife within walking distance of the apartments.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Water, soft drinks and local draught wine and beer are offered with lunch and dinner. Snacks are available from 11am to 4pm, tea, coffee and cake from 4pm to 5pm and ice cream from 11am to 4pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm.
