Hotel facilities include an outdoor pool with slides, a children's pool, an indoor pool (closed during the summer), daily and nightly entertainment programme, games area offering bowls, shuffle board, mini-golf, archery and rifle shooting, gymnasium, reading room, mini club (available during the summer), babysitting service on request (extra charge) and the renting of bicycles. There are many golf courses in the area as well. The hotels provides guests with a buffet style restaurant, reception bar, a pub, a pool bar (open in peak season) and a beach club (open in peak season). Please note men must wear long trousers in the restaurant at dinner.

The rooms are situated in typical Andalusian style houses and are surrounded by communal gardens. Rooms come with a bathroom with hair-dryer, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar, air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box (extra charge) and the majority of rooms have a private terrace.

The hotel is situated right in front of the spectacular beach and is constructed in the style of an Andalusian village. Approximately 6 kilometres from the centre of Marbella.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as tapas of the day and crisps are available between 11:00 & 13:00 at the bar or the pool bar. Customers can also have ice cream tubs of different flavours. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at selected bars.

Sport facilities include table tennis, boccia, shuffleboard, mini golf (according to availability). Guests will be asked for a cash deposit as guarantee for the equipments.

Chargeable extras include all drinks after 24:00, drinks & food at the beach clubs, mini bar consumptions, afternoon snacks, cakes, Matutano chips, special beers from the beer menu or Frigo ice cream, items from the menus marked with an asterisk (*), safety deposit boxes, telephone calls, car park, room service and sun beds at the beach.

All Inclusive General Info
At arrival guests will receive one card per room to be able to use the AI service. The card must be shown any time an order is made and a corresponding ticket must be signed. The AI service is only valid for the hotel where the client is staying. The card is personal and un-transferable. Invitations are not permitted. If any irregularity is found out, it will be charged on the clients account and will have to be paid at departure. In case of repeated irregularities, the AI concept will be cancelled. Drinks will be served individually, not in groups and won't be allowed to serve more than one drink per each person occupying a room. The AI concept runs from 12:00 the day of arrival till 12:00 the day of departure.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
