Mar Y Paz Apartments offer a salt water swimming pool and sun terrace with snack bar located directly on the seashore. The apartments have six floors with a lift, reception, dining room and lounge bar with television.

There are 30 self catering apartments and 24 of them are one bedroom and 6 are studios. Each offers a private bathroom, fridge, telephone and safety deposit box rental.

The maximum capacity of the apartments is 4 guests (two adults and two children) and the studios are 3 guests.

The apartments are approx 50 metres from the nearest beach, approx 600 metres from Son Baulo Beach where you will find a selection of loungers and parasols to hire and approx 900 metres from the resort centre. In the resort centre there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and cafes to try out.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 65 km from the resort of Ca'n Picafort.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
