The facilities available to guests includes a swimming pool, children's pool, water-slide, sun-terrace with loungers and parasols, snack bar and an a la carte restaurant. Further leisure facilities include a pool table, darts and table tennis, as well as some evening entertainment such as BBQ nights and karaoke.

The complex features two blocks with Mar Soleil 1 which has 20 one-bedroom apartments and 15 two-bedroom apartments and Mar Soleil 2 with 23 one-bedroom apartments.

Apartments are provided with private bathroom, hair-dryer, balcony or terrace, kitchenette with fridge, cooking hob, kettle and toaster, telephone, air conditioning and satellite TV with 8 English channels (including music, news and cartoon channels).

One-bedroom apartments can accommodate 2-4 people with twin beds and one or two sofa-beds in the living room. Two-bedroom apartments sleep 4-6 people with twin and double beds in the bedrooms and two sofa-beds.

The apartments are located approx 500 metres away from the beach, 1 km from the city centre and 300 metres from the open market (which is very famous cheap market that opens on Thursday and Sunday).

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.
