The facilities available to guests at the hotel includes a swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a poolside bar which also serves snacks. Further facilities include a pool table and tennis court. Water sports are available at the beach and a selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found nearby.

The complex provides 12 units with studios having twin beds and sleeping 2 people and 1 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 4 people. Guest rooms are all provided with a safe, air conditioning (local charge), telephone, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings and a balcony or terrace. Maid service is provided 5 times a week with towels and linen changed twice weekly.

The apartments have a good location, approx 150m to the sandy beach and 1km to the resort centre.

The resort of Lassi is approx 9km from Kefalonia Airport.
