The beautifully decorated and furnished villas have either 3 or 4 bedrooms with an en suite to the master bedroom and are provided with fully equipped kitchens with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathrooms are also fully equipped with a bath and shower. The spacious living rooms also offer a comfortable sofa bed. Further facilities within the villas include air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and DVD player.

Situated in a quiet location the villas are set within easy access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
