The hotel facilities include a swimming pool with a children's section, bar offering beverages and snacks, a pool table and air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes available (payable locally). A variety of water sports can be found at the beach with a local charge.

There are 15 guest rooms which are comfortably furnished and are provided with double or twin beds with shower & WC, a balcony and air-conditioning which is payable locally.

Situated in a residential area the Magic Hotel is close to all of Marmaris' main attractions. The beach is only a 250 metres walk. The local bus service which services the marina, bazaar and the other resorts surrounding Marmaris is also easily accessible.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
