The hotel is located 500 metres from the long sandy Poniente Beach and approximately 60 km from the airport

The hotel offers a variety of services and facilities for all guests to enjoy witch include table tennis, pool table, gym, fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, two bowling ally's, day and evening entertainment, rooftop splash pool, covered heated pool and a TV lounge. Eating facilities at the hotel include at the main restaurant open from 8.00 am till midnight all meals are served buffet style, there are also a number of bars.

All of the guest rooms at the hotel are beautifully furnished and well equipped with a satellite TV, mini fridge, kitchenette with utensils, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and WC.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. A snack bar serves light refreshments throughout the day, afternoon tea with coffees, biscuits and cakes. All inclusive drinks include local beer, wine and spirits all day, soft drinks, mineral water, tea, milk and coffee all day. There is also a free evening dinner in the Medieval Castle of Alfaz with an all inclusive package.
