The Magic Excalibur Hotel offers a medieval theme throughout with turreted castles. There is a large outdoor pool with a bar and hot tubs and an indoor pool, sauna and gym. For children there is a large playground with slides, bouncy castle and a kid's club. The complex provides a supermarket, social club with café, bar and games (pool, darts, table football and table tennis). There is a free shuttle bus organised by the hotel that runs to neighbouring hotels in the Magic chain where guests can use the facilities.

There are 250 bungalows and all benefit from terrace, kitchen, separate sitting area, air conditioning, cable/satellite television, private bathroom and safety deposit box.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Water, soft drinks, beer and wine are all offered with meals. In summer months a selection of snacks are available when the main restaurant is closed. Entertainment includes a club for children with games, funfairs and a mini football court.
