Facilities include swimming pool, sun terrace with sunbeds and gardens.

All studios come equipped with twin/double beds, sofa beds, kitchenette with 2 cooking rings and fridge, bathroom with shower, air conditioning (payable locally), hairdryer and balcony/terrace. Maid service 6 times a week and linen/towels changed twice a week.

Ideally located just a ten minute walk to the resort centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is 1km away.

The resort of Koukounaries is approx 13km from Skiathos Airport.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
