The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, lift access, hair dressers, Internet access, laundry and parking.

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, 2 children's pools, water slides and sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Sports and leisure facilities include fitness gym, beach volleyball, table tennis, billiards, mini football, tennis, basketball, aerobics, mini golf and beach games. The hotel offers a kids club and play ground to keep the younger guests amused and there is also a daytime and evening entertainment programme suitable for guests of all ages.

The hotel has a buffet style restaurant as well as a seafood restaurant, Turkish restaurant and 2 snack bars. There is also a lobby bar, pool bar, beach bar, entertainment bar and a disco provided on site for guests.
