The complex is located at the entrance of Bansko, at the foot of Pirin Mountain, Bulgaria. Bansko lies 160 km (including 120 km motorway) south of Sofia (or about two hours' drive from Sofia Airport).

The hotel offers a restaurant, lobby bar, spa and fitness room, ski room equipped with shoe-drying system, kids' corner with a child sitter, conference hall, computers with free Internet service on the ground floor, mini-market. Other services provided include room, laundry and babysitting for a local charge. Free transport to the lift every 30 minutes is also offered.

The complex consists of 2 buildings connected with an underground passage. Building 1 has 5 floors and 102 apartments and will be opened in November 2007 and Building 2 will feature 5 floors and 26 units and will be opened in October 2008.

The Studios and the Apartments are furnished with TV sets, telephones, wireless Internet, mini-safe box and fully equipped and furnished kitchenette with Lavazza coffee machines, ceramic plates, toasters, hot water jugs, refrigerators, microwave ovens, cutlery and dishes. The bathrooms are with bath tub, shower, hair dryer and are supplied with toiletries, slippers, full set of towels and bathrobes.
